Our beloved Citlali Solis, known by everyone with love as “Laly”, went to the hospital for what was supposed to be a simple medical procedure… but her life changed completely within hours.

What no one knew was that a severe infection had damaged her kidney, and doctors had no choice but to remove it.

After that surgery, Citlali began saying , “I can’t feel my legs.”

At first, they thought it was the anesthesia, but hours passed and the feeling never came back.

By midnight, she was rushed to Houston, where doctors discovered that her aorta was blocked by blood clots.

She had to undergo a six-hour emergency surgery to remove the clots and save her life.

Doctors warned that her life was at Risk since she had just came out of another major surgery. And the toxins from her legs could reach her heart

That night was truly a battle between life and death.

The surgery meant amputating both legs to save her life, but God performed a miracle so great that only her right leg had to be amputated.

Today, Citlali remains hospitalized, fighting a severe infection. Fighting for her life.

The amputation was her fourth surgery, and doctors are already preparing other surgeries in the coming days.

Citlali is a single mother, known for her big heart and the strength with which she’s always raised her son, Eric her greatest pride and reason to live.

But she hasn’t only cared for him…

In recent years, she’s also been the one taking care of her parents, both cancer survivors.

She was the one who drove them to appointments, made their breakfast, helped around the house, and never complained.

She has always been there for everyone.

Now, she won’t be able to work for a long time and cannot take care of her parents as before.
