My name is Griselda Claro, and I am from Venezuela. I was born in Caracas and currently live in Valencia, Carabobo State. Twelve years ago, I was diagnosed with two lumbar hernias, and since then I have experienced recurring episodes of pain that were managed with medications and therapy. However, since October 2025, the pain has become chronic and persistent.

A recent MRI showed a central and left subarticular disc extrusion at L5-S1. Due to the inflammation of the sciatic nerve and the extruded hernia, I am no longer able to walk normally and currently require physical support to move. I consulted with a neurosurgeon, and unfortunately, surgery is now the only option.

For this reason, I urgently need to undergo surgery to decompress the affected nerve and regain my mobility.

Mi nombre es Griselda Claro. Venezolana. Nací en Caracas, resido en Valencia, Edo. Carabobo. Desde hace 12 años me diagnosticaron 2 hernias lumbares, desde ese tiempo he tenido episodios de dolores que han sido tratados con medicamentos y terapias en su momento, pero desde octubre del 2025 el dolor ha sido crónico y persistente, me realizaron una resonancia magnética y la conclusión: Extrusión discal central y subarticular izquierda en L5S1, debido a lo inflamado del nervio ciático y la hernia extruida me impide el poder caminar normalmente, camino con apoyo. Asistí a consulta con el Neurocirujano e irremediablemente es un caso de cirugía.

Es por ello que deben intervenirme quirúrgicamente a la brevedad, para poder descomprimir el nervio que me afecta.

Por lo que recurro a la solidaridad y generosidad de amigos y personas que deseen y puedan ayudarme a recuperar mi salud. Dios lo Bendiga.
