Una madre y sus dos hijos enfermos lo han perdido casi todo: su salud, su hogar y su estabilidad. Necesitan ayuda urgente para sobrevivir, esta es su historia.

A mother and her two sick children have lost almost everything: their health, their home, and their stability. They urgently need help to survive. This is their story.

Hola, me llamo Jomaly y quiero contarles por qué hoy pido ayuda urgente para Diana, Said y Víctor.

Vivimos en San Juan del Río, Querétaro, México. Hace 5 años Diana, madre de Said y Víctor, sufrió un terrible accidente que le causó múltiples fracturas en su pierna izquierda. A esto se suman la artrosis degenerativa de columna y cadera, la atrofia cerebral y su discapacidad neuromotora permanente que también padece. Hoy Diana necesita con urgencia una cirugía para colocar prótesis en su pierna antes que sea demasiado tarde. La operación cuesta $184,000 pesos mexicanos, y no está cubierta por el hospital público donde la atienden.

A pesar de sus condiciones de salud, ella es una gran mujer, que no se cansa de luchar cada día por sacar adelante a sus hijos Said (15 años) y Víctor (9 años).

Said, por su parte, tiene el hígado dañado en más de un 50%, y está en espera de un transplante. Vive con dolores intensos todos los días y a pesar de ello y de su historia de vida marcada por la enfermedad y la lucha constante contra la adversidad, con valentía admirable se esfuerza en ayudar a su mamá y a su hermanito, quien desde bebé ha padecido la enfermedad de Crohn.

Por sus condiciones de salud esta familia lo ha perdido todo, su hogar, sus bienes. No pueden tener un trabajo estable y no tienen ningún tipo de ingreso. Su red de apoyo es muy limitada y su salud ha empeorado ya que no pueden costear los traslados a los hospitales donde reciben sus tratamientos. Sin embargo, aun mantienen la esperanza, la fe en Dios y en la humanidad. Es por ello que hoy, como su amiga que los ha visto sufrir no solo los dolores físicos de sus enfermedades, sino la incertidumbre de lo que pasará al día siguiente, les solicito con el corazón en la mano toda la ayuda que puedan dar para ellos, cada peso que dones, será manejado y destinado a ellos y a sus necesidades médicas y básicas con total integridad.

Lo que necesitan cubrir:

Diana, Said y Víctor, necesitan un impulso para reconstruir su vida. Una esperanza. Son personas fuertes, valientes. En medio del dolor no pierden la sonrisa en su rostro, ni el agradecimiento en su corazón. Ellos aun quieren seguir luchando, solo necesitan un impulso que tú y yo podemos regalarles.

Este es Said, cuando aun su enfermedad no avanzaba tanto. Es un chico inteligente, reservado, con una calidez que conmueve. Ama el fútbol y su más grande sueño es llegar a ser futbolista profesional.

El pequeño Víctor con su sonrisa que alegra los días, a pesar de todo lo que ha tenido que enfrentar a sus escasos 9 años. Hoy su único deseo es volver a tener paz y ver recuperados a su mamá y a su hermano.

Hi, my name is Jomaly, and I want to share why I am urgently asking for help for Diana, Said, and Víctor.

We live in San Juan del Río, Querétaro, Mexico. Five years ago, Diana, mother of Said and Víctor, suffered a violent accident that left her with multiple fractures in her left leg. Since then, she has also been diagnosed with degenerative osteoarthritis in her spine and hips, brain atrophy, and a permanent neuromotor disability.

Today, Diana urgently needs surgery to receive a leg prosthesis before it’s too late. The operation costs $184,000 Mexican pesos MXN (around $10,000 USD), and it’s not covered by the public hospital where she receives care.

Despite her own medical challenges, Diana is a devoted mother who fights every single day to support her two sons, 15 years old Said, and 9 years old Víctor.

Said, the eldest, has over 50% liver damage and is currently on a transplant waiting list. He lives in constant pain. Still, despite a life marked by illness, and a constant struggle against adversity, he bravely helps care for his mom and younger brother who has battled Crohn’s disease since infancy.

Due to their health conditions, the family has lost nearly everything their home, their belongings, their sense of peace. They’re unable to maintain a steady job or income. Their support network is very limited, and their health has worsened because they cannot afford regular trips to the hospital for treatment.

Even so, they continue to hold on to hope, faith in God, and belief in the goodness of others.

I am their friend, and I’ve witnessed not just the physical pain they endure daily, but also the constant uncertainty not knowing if they’ll have food or shelter the next day. That’s why I’m reaching out on their behalf, with all my heart, to ask for your help. Every peso or dollar you give will go directly toward their medical and basic living needs, managed with complete transparency and integrity.

Diana, Said, and Víctor need a hand to help them rebuild their lives a spark of hope. They are strong and brave people. Despite everything, they haven’t lost their smile or their gratitude. They still want to keep fighting. They just need a push one that you and I can give.

Here is Said, back when his illness hadn’t progressed as much. He’s quiet, intelligent, and warm hearted. He loves soccer, and his biggest dream is to become a professional soccer player.

And here’s little Víctor, whose bright smile lights up the room despite all he’s been through at just 9 years old. His only wish is to see his mom and big brother recover and for their family to find peace again.
