Ayuda!Joven chileno detenido injustamente en Nueva York

Hoy nos dirigimos a ustedes con una petición desesperada! Necesitamos su apoyo para liberar a Cristian Del Río Jabbaz, un joven inocente que ha sido encarcelado injustamente en Estados Unidos, por una denuncia falsa de su esposa,arrebato del momento‼

Más tarde, ella misma reconoció que era una falsa denuncia, pero el daño ya estaba hecho, y el sigue detenido en la cárcel Rikers Island, Nueva York.

Ha tenido una defensa inoperante, por parte de una defensora pública, quien no ha gestionado adecuadamente la defensa de Cristian, recibió de parte de la demandante, las pruebas que acreditan su inocencia, las cuales están siendo ignoradas.

I am Maria Ilia Jabbaz, mother of Cristian DeL Rio Jabbaz. My son has been unjustly detained in New York due to a false accusation made by his wife, for reasons that we do not know on her part.

Cristian has been detained for a month in one of the most dangerous prisons in the world, Rikers Island. He is at risk of physical harm and, above all, is in a very bad emotional state, as he realizes the dangerous criminals he has to live with. I kindly ask for your help!

We are facing this family tragedy and we truly do not have the means to handle it. The costs of lawyers in the U.S. are extremely high... impossible for us to cover. As a woman, I have always supported our causes, but now that I am living this with my son, I feel that sometimes some women unfortunately make a bad use of the assumption that the woman is always telling the truth, which sadly harms so many brave women who finally decide to speak up and be heard, and most importantly, to be believed.
