We are asking for your help in this time of need for César Israel Tadeo's family. Cesar was a victim of a transit accident due to a reckless driver causing his death. This tragic accident happened in the city of Moreno Valley in the corner of Ironwood Ave. & Heacock St. César was on his way home after working his shift and those reckless drivers took his life away destroying his beautiful family which consists of his wife Dalila and his three children, Janet, Madai, & Eliam.
