ayudemos a Wilber orellana castro de 32 años salvadoreño  originario de San Antonio los ranchos chalatenango hace 2 semanas está hospitalizado ,sus riñones han dejado de funcionar ,necesitara dialisis  tres veces por semana y posiblemente un transplante, el es padre de 4 hermosos niños ,el es el soporte mas importante para su familia ,dada la gravedad de su enfermedad ,no podra trabajar y tambien no tiene seguro medico lo cual complica mas las cosas ,cualquier ayuda sera recibida con mucho amor de ante mano muchas gracias bendiciones.
