Estoy creando esta recaudación de fondos para mi papá y mi hermano después de que fueron detenidos por ICE cuando iban camino al trabajo. Mi papá nos trajo a mi hermano y a mí a los Estados Unidos en 2007 para darnos una vida mejor, y esto ha sido devastador para nuestra familia. Mi papá nunca ha cometido un delito, y estamos con el corazón roto por estar pasando por esto mientras ya enfrentamos dificultades económicas. Además de todo, mi papá y otros miembros de mi familia ya habían estado luchando otro caso como víctimas de un crimen, algo que ha causado un gran desgaste emocional y financiero para todos nosotros.

I am creating this fundraiser for my dad and my brother after they were detained by ICE on their way to work. My dad brought my brother and me to the United States in 2007 to give us a better life, and this has been devastating for our family. My dad has never committed a crime, and we are heartbroken to be going through this while already facing financial hardship. On top of everything, my dad and other members of my family had already been fighting another case as victims of a crime, which has caused deep emotional and financial strain for all of us.

Right now, we need help covering legal fees so my dad and brother can fight their cases and, hopefully, come back home to us. This support would give our family a chance to get the urgent legal help they need during one of the hardest times in our lives.
