Hola, soy Thiago José, y apenas tengo 2 meses de vida. Cuando mis papás se enteraron de que iba a llegar, su alegría fue inmensa. Después de recibir la noticia de que podrían no tener bebés, mi llegada fue para ellos un verdadero milagro. Durante el embarazo, mi mamá enfrentó algunas amenazas de aborto, pero yo me aferré a quedarme con ella. En el tercer mes, los médicos encontraron algo inusual en los ultrasonidos y temieron que pudiera tener algún síndrome. Afortunadamente, los estudios de sangre confirmaron que estaba bien y que solo había sido una falsa alarma.

Mis papás siguieron esperando mi llegada con mucho amor y esperanza, y en cada revisión recibían la noticia de que todo estaba bien. El día que finalmente nací, estaban emocionados y ansiosos por conocerme. Sin embargo, tras los primeros estudios, los doctores descubrieron que una de mis orejitas no se había desarrollado completamente. Me dijeron que tengo una pérdida auditiva del 60% en el lado derecho, El diagnóstico clínico es Microtia Atresia, y para ayudarme a desarrollarme y crecer como cualquier otro niño, necesito un aparato auditivo especial llamado BAHA.

Este aparato es crucial para mi desarrollo desde ahora hasta que tenga 6 años, y después se podrá utilizar para un implante. Mis papás están haciendo todo lo posible para proporcionarme el apoyo que necesito, pero el costo del aparato es significativo. Por eso, estamos recurriendo a la generosidad de amigos, familiares y personas de buen corazón para ayudarnos a cubrir este gasto esencial.

Hello, I’m Thiago José, and I’m only 2 months old. When my parents learned that I was on the way, they were immensely happy. After being told they might never have babies, my arrival was a true miracle for them. During the pregnancy, my mom faced some threats of miscarriage, but I held on to stay with her. In the third month, doctors found something unusual in the ultrasounds and feared I might have a syndrome. Fortunately, blood tests confirmed that I was fine and it was only a false alarm.

My parents continued to wait for me with love and hope, and each check-up brought reassuring news. The day I was finally born, they were excited and eager to meet me. However, after the initial tests, doctors discovered that one of my ears had not fully developed. I have a 60% hearing loss on the right side, and to help me develop and grow like any other child, I need a special hearing device called a BAHA.

This device is crucial for my development from now until I turn 6, after which it will be used for an implant. My parents are doing everything they can to provide the support I need, but the cost of the device is significant. That’s why we’re turning to the generosity of friends, family, and kind-hearted individuals to help us cover this essential expense.
