Hi, my name is Xochitl, and I am making this fundraiser for the expenses that will come with the recent detention of my husband, Rogelio. He was arrested by Border Protection agents (CBP) on January 19 while working in Ontario. The kidnapping was so brutal and sudden that heavy machinery was left on near a busy street! He has been in the U.S. for 25 years, we have paid taxes, and we have four children ages 16, 10, 5, and 2. Rogelio is a hardworking and an amazing dad and husband. He was our only source of support, and during these moments, I do not know what to do but wait for him to communicate with me. For now, I am making this Go Fund Me because we will have a legal case to try and keep him here with us. We are looking for a lawyer to fight for him as he is a good father, and his departure would damage our children who really love him because he is always present for them. Right now they are distraught because he has been detained that is why I am asking for your support to get him back home.
