My sister Nélida is a tireless fighter. She has been bravely facing a tough battle with cancer, showing strength and courage that inspire us every day. But recently, things got even more complicated: she suffered a serious fall that caused a severe fracture in her leg.

Now she urgently needs surgery to recover and continue her cancer treatment. This operation is not only essential for her to walk again but also to maintain access to the medical care that gives her hope.
