Ayuda a Miguel Felipe Contra el linfoma de hodgkin

La historia de Miguel:

Hola mi nombre es Miguel Yañez soy venezolano con 28 años de edad y desde hace aproximadamente 3 años vivo en Santiago de Chile, migre a este país a causa de la situación complicada y extrema que vive en este momento mi tierra Venezuela.
 
A principio del mes de Diciembre del 2019 comencé a notar un bulto extraño en el cuello lo cual me motivo a ir a una consulta medica con una internista, posteriormente a eso, debido a la preocupación de la doctora me derivo a un especialista de cabeza y cuello el cual me solicito realizar varios exámenes de diagnostico (Eco de cuello, RXS de tórax, exámenes de sangre para descartar otras enfermedades y un PETC  18/12/2019) al recibir los resultados comenzó una alta sospecha de Linfoma lo cual derivo en una Biopsia ganglionar el 11/01/2020 confirmando que tenia un Linfoma de Hodgkin versión Escleroris Nodular Estadio 4A (IVA), lo preocupante del estadio es que el linfoma se encuentra en varias partes del cuerpo (Arriba, abajo y a la derecha del mediastino y cercano al hígado y al bazo).

La Oncóloga al ver esto me solicita iniciar rápidamente con el tratamiento.

El plan de acción contra el linfoma es iniciar rápidamente tratamiento lo cual incluye lo antes mencionado el 20/01/2020 las fechas de quimioterapia (inicio ciclo) hasta el momento serian las siguientes:

1er ciclo (2 sesiones)  20/01/2020
2do ciclo (2 sesiones)  20/02/2020
3er ciclo (2 sesiones)  20/03/2020
4to ciclo (2 sesiones)  20/04/2020
5to ciclo (2 sesiones)  20/05/2020
6to ciclo (2 sesiones)  20/06/2020

Luego de los ciclos seré sometido nuevamente a evaluación, exámenes de sangre y PET para determinar si estoy completamente sano o debo de continuar con el tratamiento. 

ENERO 2021 !

Después de terminado los 6 Ciclos de tratamiento mas 9 radioterapia sugerida por mi oncóloga que finalizó en el mes de octubre, pude gozar de una vida normal, llena de mucha ilusión, fe y amor. Comencé a plantearme varios proyectos en el rubro de la gastronomía, donde me he desempañado por años, en el cual, tuve que pausar nuevamente debido a una recaída del LINFOMA. En esta oportunidad, afectando los ganglios que se encuentre en el mediastino derecho y en el hilo hepático.   

El tratamiento a implementar le llaman 'QUIMIO DE RESCATE' y consiste en 4 días continuos de quimioterapia con 21 días de descanso para luego continuar con el siguiente ciclo que dura 4 meses y debido a que este tratamiento es mas fuerte, debo de permanecer los 4 días hospitalizado, para luego ser sometido a un TRASPLANTE de células madre o de Medula ósea. 

Se que vienen tiempos duros para poder afrontar esta etapa complicada de mi vida, pero tengo fe y mente positiva de que lo lograre y que saldré de esto. Tengo muchas bellas personas a mi lado que me acompañan en este camino.

Hello, my name is Miguel Yañez, I am Venezuelan with 28 years of age and for approximately 3 years I have lived in Santiago de Chile, I migrated to this country because of the complicated and extreme situation that my land Venezuela is experiencing at this time.

At the beginning of December 2019 I began to notice a strange lump in my neck which prompted me to go to a medical consultation with an internist, after that, due to the doctor's concern, I was referred to a head specialist and neck which asked me to perform several diagnostic tests (neck echo, chest X-ray, blood tests to rule out other diseases and a PETC 12/18/2019) upon receiving the results, a high suspicion of Lymphoma began which led to a Lymphoma biopsy on 01/11/2020 confirming that he had a Hodgkin's Lymphoma Nodular Scleroris version Stage 4A (IVA), the worrying thing about the stage is that the lymphoma is found in several parts of the body (Above, below and to the right of the mediastinum and nearby liver and spleen).

When the Oncologist saw this, she asked me to start the treatment quickly.

The action plan against lymphoma is to quickly start treatment, which includes the aforementioned on 01/20/2020, the dates of chemotherapy (cycle start) so far would be the following:

1st cycle (2 sessions) 01/20/2020
2nd cycle (2 sessions) 02/20/2020
3rd cycle (2 sessions) 03/20/2020
4th cycle (2 sessions) 04/20/2020
5th cycle (2 sessions) 05/20/2020
6th cycle (2 sessions) 06/20/2020

After the cycles I will undergo an evaluation again, blood tests and PET to determine if I am completely healthy or should I continue with the treatment.

JANUARY 2021!

After finishing the 6 treatment cycles plus 9 radiotherapy suggested by my oncologist that ended in the month of October, I was able to enjoy a normal life, full of great enthusiasm, faith and love. I began to consider several projects in the gastronomy field, where I have worked for years, in which, I had to pause again due to a relapse of LYMPHOMA. On this occasion, affecting the lymph nodes found in the right mediastinum and in the hepatic thread.

The treatment to be implemented is called 'RESCUE CHEMISTRY' and consists of 4 continuous days of chemotherapy with 21 days of rest and then continue with the next cycle that lasts 4 months and because this treatment is stronger, I must stay the 4 days hospitalized, to then undergo a stem cell or bone marrow TRANSPLATE.

I know that hard times are coming to be able to face this complicated stage of my life, but I have faith and positive mind that I will achieve it and that I will come out of this. I have many beautiful people by my side who accompany me on this path.
