Hola, soy Nadia, mamá de Martina Viera, una joven animadora e ilustradora uruguaya que está cumpliendo su sueño de formarse en el exterior.

Martina cursa el último año de BA (Hons) Illustration and Animation en Anglia Ruskin University, en Cambridge, Reino Unido. Ha llegado hasta este punto gracias a su esfuerzo, compromiso y una enorme pasión por el arte y la narración visual.

Este año, sin embargo, los costos se volvieron inalcanzables para nuestra familia:

Matrícula universitaria: £15.900

Alojamiento: £1.250 por mes

Como madre, he hecho todo lo posible para acompañarla en este camino, pero hoy me encuentro sin recursos para cubrir este último tramo. No hemos podido acceder a becas —las oportunidades para estudiantes uruguayos son casi inexistentes— y por eso decidí pedir ayuda públicamente.

animator and illustrator from Uruguay who is fulfilling her dream of studying abroad.

Martina is in her final year of the BA (Hons) Illustration and Animation at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK. She has reached this point thanks to her dedication, commitment, and immense passion for art and visual storytelling.

This year, however, the costs have become unaffordable for our family:

As a mother, I have done everything possible to support her on this journey, but I now find myself without the resources to cover this final stretch. We haven’t been able to access scholarships — opportunities for Uruguayan students are almost non-existent — and that is why I have decided to ask for help publicly.
