Hi, my name is Juliana Delgado, daughter of Javier Delgado.

During the month of December 2024, my dad received the unfortunate news that his digestive system was infected with a rapidly expanding tumor, peritoneal cancer. Due to the rarity of the disease, things have not look very promising from the start. The original plan was for him to undergo chemotherapy to weaken the cancer in order to remove it through an intensive surgery.

His body has rejected every treatment. The surgery was not approved.  

Unfortunately it won’t be possible to continue in Canada due to lack of funding. My family will be going to Colombia to access private healthcare.
