Hi I’m Fernando, I’m 26 years old they have diagnosed me with cancer , I’ve been fighting for a long time but cancer had finally beat m. The doctors have put me in love support and I dont want to die in this country, I want to go back to my home country Guatemala to give my parents one last hug.
