**Ayudemos a Dulce**

Dulce era una joven de 17 años, llena de vida, alegría y sueños. Estaba a punto de comenzar el undécimo grado de la escuela secundaria, cuando un trágico accidente automovilístico cambió su vida en un instante.

Dulce permaneció en un coma por 6 días, luchando cada día por su vida con la fortaleza y valentía que siempre la han caracterizado. Desafortunadamente, ella no logró sobrevivir. los golpes que sufrió a la cabeza fueron muy fuertes, y murió el ocho de agosto.

Mientras su familia enfrenta esta devastadora realidad, también atraviesa otra profunda injusticia. La madre de Dulce se encuentra actualmente detenida y no puede estar al lado de su hija en su despedida. Como cualquier madre, desea desesperadamente sostener la mano de su hija por última vez, y despedirse de ella, pero desafortunadamente no podrá.

Ante esta emergencia, la tía de Dulce, Ingrid, ha asumido la enorme responsabilidad de acompañar a Dulce y atender todas las necesidades que esta situación implica. Pero ninguna persona debería enfrentar sola una carga tan grande.

La familia no cuenta con suficientes fondos para gastos hospitalarios y la repatriación de Dulce a su natal, Honduras. Es por eso que estamos invitando a todas las personas de buen corazón que si nos pueden colaborar, con lo que sea su voluntad, para el funeral de Dulce, y para su repatriación.

Toda donación será destinada a cubrir los gastos médicos y hospitalarios de Dulce, así como su funeral y repatriación.

Dulce was a 17-year-old girl, full of life, joy and dreams. She was about to start the eleventh grade of high school, when a tragic car accident changed her life in an instant.

Dulce remained in a coma for 6 days, fighting every day for her life with the strength and courage that have always characterized her. Unfortunately, she did not manage to survive. The blows she suffered to the head were very strong, and she died on August 8.

As her family faces this devastating reality, they also are going through another profound injustice. Dulce's mother is currently detained and cannot be next to her daughter at her farewell. Like any mother, she desperately wants to hold her daughter's hand for the last time, and say goodbye to her, but unfortunately she won't be able to.

Faced with this emergency, Dulce's aunt, Ingrid, has assumed the enormous responsibility of accompanying Dulce and attending to all the needs that this situation implies. But no one should face such a big burden alone.

The family does not have enough funds for hospital expenses and for Dulce’s repatriation to her native, Honduras. That is why we are inviting all the kind-hearted people who can collaborate with us, with whatever their will, for Dulce's funeral, and for her repatriation.

All donations will be used to cover Dulce's medical and hospital expenses, as well as her funeral and repatriation.
