Soy Abraham Moreno, hijo de Dante Javier Moreno. Por muchos años, mi padre fue árbitro profesional de futbol, trabajando en México y en Estados Unidos para la Georgia Soccer League.

En años recientes, mi padre ha tenido problemas de salud; sin embargo, siempre se le dificultó regresar a México y nosotros ir por él a Estados Unidos ya que no poseemos visa.
Lamentablemente, su estado de salud ha empeorado y no tenemos la posibilidad de ir a recogerlo. En México, tendría acceso a servicios de salud y contacto directo con familia; sin embargo, por la distancia, se nos dificulta apoyarle. Gente del sitio reddit ha sido amable de ir a verle a su casa y apoyarle con comida. De hecho, un usuario fue a verle a su domicilio y se encuentra en cama, con dificultad de moverse. Mi padre siempre me comentaba que tenía problemas de salud pero siempre evitando indicar la gravedad de los mismos. Recientemente nos informó que tiene problemas de corazón y fluido en los pulmones, lo cual le dificulta respirar, por lo cual es urgente ayudarlo a regresar a México.
El dinero que se colecte, será para sus gastos de viaje para la frontera y el transporte de tus pertenencias de Atlanta, Georgia a Laredo, Texas, donde tenemos una persona que le ayudaría a acercarse a la frontera con México.
Mi padre es una persona en estatus legal en el país y desea regresar de manera sana y salva con su famiia por la cual siempre sacrificó su salud.
El monto que se estableció es un estimado que consideramos podría ayudar a conseguir a alguien que lo pueda transportar, aunque desconocemos costos de vehículo y gasolina. Cualquier información sería apreciada.

In recent years, my father has had health problems; however, it has always been difficult for him to return to Mexico, and for us to go to the United States to pick him up, since we do not have visas.
Unfortunately, his health has deteriorated, and we are unable to go and pick him up. In Mexico, he would have access to healthcare and direct contact with family; however, the distance makes it difficult for us to help him. People from Reddit have kindly visited him at his home and provided him with food. In fact, one user visited him at his residence and found him bedridden and with difficulty to move. My father always mentioned that he had health problems but avoided specifying their severity. He recently informed us that he has heart problems and fluid in his lungs, which makes it difficult for him to breathe, so it is urgent that he be helped to return to Mexico.
The money collected will go towards his travel expenses to the border and the transport of his belongings from Atlanta, Georgia to Laredo, Texas, where we have someone who can help him get closer to the Mexican border.
My father is a legal resident of the country and wishes to return safely to his family, for whom he has always sacrificed his health.
