My beautiful niece Ayla is just 3 years old, full of personality, determination, and the biggest smile—but she faces daily challenges most of us take for granted.

Ayla lives with cerebral palsy, which affects her mobility and makes simple things like standing, walking, and playing much harder. Despite this, she shows incredible strength and resilience every single day.

Right now, Ayla needs specialised mobility equipment to help her move more freely and safely—giving her the chance to explore her world, build independence, and simply be a kid. These supports come at a significant cost, and like many families navigating this journey, the financial burden is real.

That’s why I’ve decided to run a half marathon along the Great Ocean Road to raise funds for Ayla.

Every kilometre I run is for her—every step towards helping her take more of her own.

We are raising funds to go directly towards:

• Specialised mobility equipment (e.g. walker/wheelchair)

• Ongoing therapy support

• Equipment that will help Ayla gain independence in daily life
