My name is Myriam Ouadja, and my world was shattered when my beloved husband, Frederick Bitema, a former employee at Seaboard Food, Sioux City, Iowa, passed away suddenly on September 3, 2025, in Quincy, Illinois, after a two-year-long coma.

Frederick Bitema was my best friend, my partner, and my biggest supporter. He was known for his kindness and his big heart, always ready to help others. His passing has left me with not only heartbreak but also the overwhelming responsibility of arranging his final farewell.
