My name is Ayesha, and I am writing this out of absolute desperation. After 12 years in the USA, my life has completely shattered, and I am fighting for my survival.

I am currently battling Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). The medical system here is pushing for a transplant I cannot afford. With my health rapidly failing, my only hope is to return home to India to receive medical care surrounded by family.

The last few years have been a living nightmare. In 2023, I lost my job due to my employer. My employer took thousands of dollars from me to file my visa extension, including extra money for premium processing, but they failed to submit the required RFE (Request for Evidence), leaving me with a denied visa and no job. Shortly after, I also lost my beloved father and spent my remaining life savings just trying to survive. I am scared, broken, and running out of time.

I want to fight to live, but I desperately need funds to start my medical treatment in India. I completely lack the financial resources to begin this life-saving care.
