My name is Stephanie Forzanti Ponce. We live in Venezuela. Last February 7th my family and I were in a tragic car accident.
In the car were my husband, Elias, who was driving, our 7-year-old Salma, our 6-
month-old Sasha and myself.
At the moment of the accident, we were impacted by an SUV coming from the opposite direction whose driver lost control of the vehicle and jumped the aisle of the highway impacting other cars as well as causing the instant death of one of the drivers and leaving 2 other people in grave conditions and several more hurt.
Our 7-year-old daughter was left in a coma with grave head injuries, she is now doing well and recovering with therapy.
My husband got his left arm badly hurt with a triple fracture at the level of the
shoulder, bone loss, muscular lesion, and an open wound highly contaminated so he
had emergency surgery to clean, disinfect, and align the arm with a temporary external tutor.
Doctors are waiting for the wound to heal so he can have Reconstructive Surgery
where he will get a plate, screws, and a bone transplant. He will also require therapy
after the surgery.
It is, for this reason, we opened this GOFUNDME to plead for help with the expense of all this.

El pasado 7 de febrero mi familia y yo, Stefani Forzanti,tuvimos un trágico accidente de tránsito.
En el vehículo íbamos mi esposo Elías Sayegh, mi hija Salma Sayegh y mi bebe Sasha Sayegh. Una camioneta perdió el control en el sentido contrario y saltó la isla de la autopista, frente al centro comercial Sambil en Valencia,Venezuela, e impactó nuestro vehículo dejando heridos de gravedad a mi esposo Elías y a mi hija Salma.
Elías recibió todo el impacto en el brazo izquierdo lo que causó una gran herida, lesión muscular, fractura y pérdida de hueso, siendo trasladado a un centro hospitalario y operado de emergencia, limpiaron la herida que estaba altamente contaminada y colocaron un tutor externo en el brazo para alinear de manera temporal ya que se debe hacer una segunda operación, en la cual se realizará una cirugía reconstructiva colocando una placa, tornillos y hacer un injerto de hueso y es la razón de recurrir a realizar esta campaña para poder costear la segunda operación, que incluye la compra de material y terapias post operatorias que requiere nuestro amado Elías.
