A wonderful family with five sons, ranging from 8-18 was blessed on 5/20 with a beautiful baby boy, Josiah. Unfortunately, Josiah was born far too early, at only 26 weeks. After losing their daughter, Esther, only 3 short years ago, they were praying for a miracle that sweet Josiah would overcome the challenges that faced him and their family. Sadly for all who loved him, on May 29th, Josiah went to the arms of Jesus after emergency surgery. He was being held by his father and blessed by his mother when he crossed over.

The Ayars family is very private. I know that this is probably not comfortable for them to reach out for help. However, Chara works a hard job to pay the bills, and Laura is a stay-at-home mom who homeschools all of their children and does her best to stretch every dollar far further than any of us could. Many unexpected bills will arise from this heartbreaking event. From mom's unplanned emergency C-section to Josiah's medical bills and now a funeral, none of these bills could have been anticipated. The family has so much on their plate just mourning the loss of their sweet baby, and I was hoping to be able to relieve a small amount of the burden by setting up this fundraiser.
