Ayanna Morgan - Jennifer Merrett's sister

Jennifer Merrett, of our teachers at the NE YMCA CDC unexpectedly lost her sister this weekend in a tragic situation. Her sister, Ayanna Morgan (21 yrs old), a student at WKU and lived in Bowling Green, went outside Sunday night to asked a group of guys to quiet down that were in the parking lot outside her bedroom window. These three men proceeded to beat her and then shot her twice. She was transported to Nashville but passed while in flight. One of the men was identified, but according to the news was still at large.

Jenn and her family (Axel in Small World and Jensen in Dynamite Discoverers) have to go to Savannah from Wed 8/2 to Sun 8/6, to receive the body, attend the funeral and be with family.
