On July 6, 2021, Thomas Smith IV passed away at the young age of 26 following a serious car accident. He leaves behind two beautiful children, Isabella, aged 4, and Tommy, aged 1, as well as the children's mother, Ricy Ayala. As Ricy navigates raising the children without their father, she is quickly facing additional challenges; Tommy will undergo a serious surgery in one week for a medical condition that requires immediate attention.
