My business for the last 20 years has been reclaiming early New England architecture and antique buildings. In 2014 I had my left foot amputated due to complications of diabetes consequently I have been pretty much unable to work since then. I currently have an opportunity to reclaim and save from the landfill a project which consists of an 80-foot barn and several outbuildings all of which are full of 100 years worth of collection. This job will get me back on my feet. I live in an old farmhouse which the roof has begun to leak on and that needs to be replaced. I am asking for help with that as well as funding for labor utilizing two individuals as helpers so this proposal would put two unemployed people to work. These Monies will allow me to once again be a productive member of society whilst saving all that I can of Years Gone by as well as our contemporary forest. The situation is urgent as the landowner is of a mind to use his excavator to knock these buildings down and Destroy them. This proposal with labor and machinery and the cost of cleanup to save these buildings as well as provide me with the opportunity to recover from the medical issues I have had. Below are pictures of 2 previous jobs, the top photo is a barn thatwas completely disassembled and was reassembled and converted to a home that sits overlooking the Kennebec River in Solon Maine. Thanks to friends and Family's generosity the campaign raised $1,700 so far. Now if everyone could just forward the request to someone you know. If everyone where to be successful by getting one more individual to donate it's possible that donations could double
