Beloved AXOLOTLs -- both Near and Far!

Camp Axolotl is proud and excited to announce that our magnificent art car -- ¡AXOLOTL! The Earth Guardian -- will be returning to the Playa of Black Rock City for Burning Man in August 2022!!

But to make this a dream a reality, WE MUST QUICKLY RAISE DESPERATELY NEEDED FUNDS for new builds, repairs and maintenance -- especially to our sound system, lighting, observation platforms and interior. We will also be creating two large murals and installing a 50kw solar array on our two new semi-trailers, Baby and Beluga!!

We are so excited to bring this magnificent creature back to the playa in 2022 - and see their story told on our new murals for Baby and Beluga - powered by our new 50kw solar system. This iconic Art Car will once again spew fire, light up the night skies, and create magic with collaborations involving art installations, live musicians and DJs from around the world.

It is time to dance, and the Axo will soon be spreading joy and awe -- strong healthy and and beautiful. Love is in the Air!
