Devin’s Determination to Walk Again
Have you heard of a BioSleeve? Know anyone who wears BioShorts?
Our son, Devin, wants to wear them because they will help him WALK AGAIN, but he needs YOUR help!
You may not remember August 23, 2016, but it’s one our family will never forget That sunny afternoon, Devin was in a motorcycle accident that altered the course of his life. He is strong, brave and (stubborn) determined; he planned to apply those attributes in the US Navy with the goal of becoming a Navy Seal. Ultimately, he has used those attributes to survive the accident; today he is using them to regain his mobility and independence.
To achieve this, a recent trip to AxioBionics in Michigan (AxioBionics.com) recommends the purchase of 5 wearable muscle stimulation units and a walking aide:
• Upper Trapezius BioVest
• Left Upper Extremity BioSleeve
• BiLateral Extremity BioSleeve
• Left and Right BioShorts
• BioBelt - Abdominal
• Left Neuroprothesis Electrode WalkingAide
An eneloop battery charger and multiple tubes of electrode conductive gel must be purchased as well. It’s quite a bill and unfortunately, insurance doesn’t cover it...at all. Without hesitation, we will contribute nearly half of the cost thereby exhausting all our means to contribute financially, but...DEVIN NEEDS $15,000 for AxioBionics to produce the Wearable Therapy!
The past 4 years, Devin has endured hundreds of hours of rehab and there have been plenty of challenges along the way, but Devin didn’t come this far to give up now!
We can’t let a financial setback interfere with his physical comeback! Please consider making a donation to keep Devin moving forward.
HIS DETERMINATION + YOUR DONATION = TRUE INSPIRATION
We know that every dollar makes a difference and sincerely appreciate every donation we receive. You may also donate by check made payable to “Kevin & Tina Krautsack Trust FBO Devin Krautsack”. Be assured that all money will be used towards the purchase of Devin’s medical expenses. Thank you.
