Support Maria's Battle Against Cancer

If you have met me through the years, there's a very good chance you've met my mother, Maria. Since my younger years, she has always been a "Mother to All." She helped raise my best friends, broke up street fights, and fed us not only with food but a lotta love. As a young filmmaker, she would cater our small films and was always 'mom' on set. And the many people I've watched growing up come to my mother for some kinda help, she has always been a guiding light to so many. I can't tell you how many different people I've never met were sitting at our dinner table like they were part of the family after spending only an hour with her. That's her. If you met her, you already know. Now, it's our turn to help her. It may come as a surprise, but she is battling cancer, and it's a pretty vicious fight. The goal here is to make her fight as comfortable as possible. As we all know, being sick becomes quite expensive. I've been with her every step of the way, but I hope that we can all pitch in to make this battle as painless as possible. I understand we all feel strongly about our loved ones, I just know my mother has touched the lives of so many people, so this is my attempt to show her how much we appreciate all of her.
