Axel's Clavical Surgery

Hello, my name is Axel Gamez and On Sunday, December 19th, I took a pretty bad fall in which I broke my clavicle. I have been referred from hospital to hospital because I am uninsured and unable to pay for medical expenses for the surgery. My doctor said I require surgery right away to repair the broken bone. I am a full-time Highschool student and unable to work because of my status. I hope to raise enough for my deposit as I am trying to apply for other programs to help me cover the surgery cost. I cannot schedule the surgery without a doctor's deposit. I will have a six-week (at least) healing period after surgery. Please help me to raise money for my surgery deposit.
