Axels angels

Hi my name is Rachel and I’m a good friend of the Swishers. Yesterday morning Axel was taken to the er with some breathing difficulties. He was diagnosed with croup and given steroids and breathing treatments, unfortunately he continued to decline throughout the day and the local hospital was unable to care for him. He was taken to childrens mercy in Kc. Upon arrival, he was placed on a ventilator, and sedated so his body can rest and heal. His mom, Lisa, and dad, Jake, are currently with him. His siblings are with family. He will be there for awhile, unknown how long exactly, and I’d love to be able to help support them and ease their mind while their baby boy fights for his life.
