Axel was born at 30 weeks due to complications via emergency c-section. He was doing great and making great strides. A few days ago he had to be re-intubated and had gotten a UTI due to being left in a soiled diaper and had gotten other bacterial infections as well. He was put on 3 different antibiotics and taken off his feeding tube and switched to only IV fluids. Doctors admitted it was the fault of the staff. He also admitted that he should have started antibiotics 2-3 days before he did. All of these new complications could have been prevented and are all due to neglect on the staff at the hospital.

Today this sweet boy is being air lifted to Dallas due to more complications. We are praying that the doctors at Dallas can help our boy. He is loved so much and we want him healthy and home.

His parents are going to need help with all these added expenses of hospital bills and expenses acquired by having to be in Dallas and not working.

UPDATE:He is in surgery with a hole in his intestines here at Cooks children’s hospital!
