Axbridge Walkathon
Donation protected
Our Dear Friend and Colleague Dai Prosser passed away last Wednesday 2nd October, following his illness with High Grade Glioma (Brain Tumour).
All who knew Dai would agree that no finer a man has walked this land, and that our world will be a lesser place without him. A loyal, kind person who had an admirable passion for the water industry, a dependable friend and employee who was full of knowledge and had time for everyone to share many a story of his experiences both at work and wandering his beloved welsh mountains. Many memories that will never be forgotten. Dai leaves behind a heart broken wonderful loving family Sophie, Callie & Alfie who our thoughts are with at this devastating time.
The marathon walk will still go ahead on Friday 18th October in memory of Dai with all donations going straight to his family.

Thank you for visiting our Go Fund Me Page.
On Friday 18th October 2024 a group from Bristol Water will be attempting to walk a marathon distance of 26.2 miles around the perimeter footpath of our Axbridge Reservoir (12 laps) to raise money for our colleague and dear friend Dai Prosser & his family Sophie, Callie & Alfie.
Dai had a routine knee operation in January 2024 and whilst in recovery started feeling unwell, Dai underwent some further tests which devastatingly resulted in him being diagnosed with a High Grade Glioma (Brain Tumour).
All of us have Dai and his family in our thoughts and we decided we wanted to get together and do something challenging to try and raise some funds to support him and his family.
All money very kindly donated will go straight to Dai and his family.
Thank you for taking the time to read our Go Fund Me page and wish us luck.
