Ghana Explosion: Humanitarian Relief

Donation protected
On January 20, 2022, the town of Apiate near Bogoso, Ghana, was obliterated when a truck carrying explosives collided with a motorcycle.

Genser Energy immediately engaged with the traditional leaders in Apiate to determine the most urgent humanitarian needs. The first aid delivery is scheduled to arrive on Friday consisting of mattresses, blankets, food items, sanitary products, medical supplies, clothing and potable water.

To help restore hope and build back the community, Genser Energy in partnership with the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Ghana, has set up this fundraiser to support the people of Apiate. Genser Energy will be matching all additional contributions up to $50K.
