Cancer Support

My name is James Pettiford. Jan 10/2020 I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma which is a type of blood cancer that attacked my bones. I had great insurance but unfortunately I was terminated after missing 26 weeks due to treatment. UNC is doing all they can to help but not being able to work and having to manage with what I get from long term disability makes paying  bills difficult. My wife works but she has medical conditions of her on with no insurance. I'm scheduled to have a stem cell transplant on the 29th of September. My wife has to take FMLA which doesn't pay for the time I'm in the hospital to the time it takes me to recover. We both have strong faith in GOD that he make a way!
