As some of you know, I had to have surgery on June 3rd as a result of a car accident on May 14th that was supposed to put me out of work for 6 weeks. I ended up having a few complications that mean additional surgery. I then had to have surgery on 8/14 due to complications/partial failure of the first surgery.

So what was meant to be 6 weeks has turned into much longer than that and I’ve also lost my job.

When I was working, I was doing my bakery delivery job, Amazon delivery, occasional residential and commercial cleanings, as well as Instacart to try and make ends meet. I RARELY had a day off. So, even with Leighton’s income, we are missing out on 4 streams of income.

I know that this economy and these times are hard for ANYONE and that nobody owes me a thing. And I have the hardest time asking for help. I always have, but I would ask for my kids' sake that if anyone had a little extra in their budget to help my family during this time, it would mean the world to me.

I am willing to do a “trade” of sorts, like a free cleaning or dinner once I’m better and caught up on everything. If that is something anyone would like to take me up on, please send me a message.
