My friend and colleague Caroline suffered a devastating house fire in the early hours of this morning.

Her cat Jess raised the alarm as the smoke detectors never went off. Caroline had to wake her elderly parents and evacuate them to safety.

I can’t begin to imagine how awful and terrifying this must have been.

Caroline is a wonderful person and a huge support to many. She is a valued and well loved colleague at Ashworth Vets.

Whilst I can’t fix her situation, I would like to do something to show our love and support.

I am therefore asking for donations, however small, to help Caroline, Jack and Bridget. Even if we can raise enough for a pub lunch or a few necessities.

Caroline and her Family are lifelong members of the community in West End, Surrey.

Let’s help them to get back on their feet and know how much we care ❤️
