UPDATE - Thank you all for your generosity! Oreo had her surgery on the 10th, and everything went well. She went home the evening of the 11th and continues to recover at home. A heartfelt THANK YOU to every donor!

This is Oreo! She is a 16-month old petite tuxedo with the cutest zoomies you have ever seen, and she needs your help!

A few weeks after being adopted from Animal Welfare League of Montgomery County, Oreo started limping.

After going to the vet, it was discovered that she has a fast-growing cancerous tumor in her left leg, and she needs the leg to be amputated.

The surgery is December 10th, 2025.

The volunteers of Animal Welfare League want to help Oreo's forever home and want Oreo to have the best quality of life after her surgery. Unfortunately, medical care for animals is expensive, so Oreo's full operation and post-op care will likely come to about $10,000.
