Help for my Aunt
Donation protected
My Aunt has just been diagnosed with an Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, Stage 2B. Luckily, it is not in her lymph nodes, but the tumor is over 5cm. It's too large to take out surgically at the moment, so she has to begin Chemotherapy this week. She has 4 treatments every other week for the next 8 weeks, and then 16 weeks of weekly treatments after that. She has custody of her 3 grandchildren Robert (13), Jordan (10), and Tanner (9). Tanner already has his own medical issues, having been diagnosed with Rickets at a very young age. He's already been through many surgeries and may have to have more as he grows. Patsi recently got a position as a part time school bus monitor, but due to complications with her diabetes, she was hospitalized and almost lost her toe. Because of this hospitalization, she missed out a her new hire bonus, which was going to pay for the kids' Christmas. Her husband works in the heating and air industry, which can have its ups and downs. Their vehicle, after learning this terrible news, has begun acting up, and is overheating. Patsi and Terry could really use your help! They want to make sure the boys' have a wonderful Christmas, but they're barely being able to scrape up enough money to fix their car and have enough gas to get back and forth from the Chemo treatments. They aren't just asking for money for gas and such, they would love if you could help with the boys' Christmas. Any way you can help would be a blessing!
