Active Word Church (AWC) is affiliated with Harvest International Ministry and is located in Durham, North Carolina. Our mission is to REACH the world with love and assurance of eternal life through Jesus, TRANSFORM them to have the mind of Christ, and COMMISSION them to change the world.

This Fundraiser will support AWC in purchasing a church home for its church body to hold weekly services.

Since its inception, AWC has congregated in the home of its church leaders (pictured below) for services and all ministry-related events. With social distancing in place during most of this year, the church has continued to grow while congregating virtually via Zoom and other Social Media platforms in compliance with Durham County regulations.
