Recently, the state of South Dakota Supreme Court made an interpretation of a law regarding non-meandering waters across eastern South Dakota. Because of this decision, the South Dakota Game, Fish, and Parks closed off public access and boat ramps on many of these lakes, all paid for by taxpayers and sportsman.

The governor NEEDS to call an emergency legislature session to fix this mess. In the meantime, small towns and businesses across the state that rely on the money spent by anglers visiting from far and wide will suffer.

All money raised will be used to buy more public awareness of the issue. The possibility of TV commercial time, magazine print, and any other means of turning up the heat on our state government to act and act quickly! Many of these PR outlets are very expensive. Your money will be spent transparently and efficiently in the name of sportsman from South Dakota and other visitors from nearby states. Thank you!
