Awareness of binge drinking in Ireland

My name is Gillian, I am an Irish girl living in New York. I am your typical Irish stereotype of loving a Guinness and having too many whiskey shots.

I am taking on the challenge of abstaining from alcohol for a year to raise awareness of the binge drinking culture that heavily exists in Ireland.

Majority of these donations will be from a portion of the money I save from not drinking but your donations are also welcome!

The Rise Foundation mission:

To free Ireland through cultural change from its unhealthy relationship with alcohol and other drugs. To support families impacted by a loved ones addictive behaviour through awareness, education and therapy, and to combat the associated shame and stigma.
