My name is Tammy. My brother, his wife, and twin boys lost their home during the flooding in East Tennessee from Hurricane Helena. The current situation is, they are staying at my house. We do have electricity, but the entire community is out of water due to damage at the water filtration plant. The devastating storm took so much from so many people.
