Hi, my name is Kelly, and I’m a local mom, real estate investor, and former child protective services worker with a heart for helping families in crisis. I’m raising funds for a devoted father and his two young children (ages 12 and 13) who are currently living in a mobile home that is crumbling beneath them. Both children have health issues, with the son having two types of seizures that affect his daily living. They are in urgent need of a safe, stable place to call home - and with your help, we can make that happen. As someone who spent years working with vulnerable children, I know how quickly instability can lead to long-term trauma, especially when safe housing is out of reach.

When I met the dad and heard his story, I knew I couldn’t just walk away. He’s doing everything he can to protect and provide for his kids, but the system is slow, and the resources are limited. He’s hit every roadblock possible and now, they’re running out of time. Our goal is to raise $10,000 to help rehab their mobile home. This will give them more than just a roof over their heads; it will give them hope, security, and the space to rebuild their lives. Here’s how the funds will be used:

- New mobile home purchase or down payment

- Basic utilities, setup, and initial expenses

- Modest furnishings and essentials for the kids
