This is as hard for me as it is for everyone else that has been diagnosed with Cancer. Cancer does not care who it hit, but being a survival is how you fight it back. When our  childhood friend suffer, we all suffer.  I said that to say this, Anita has helped all of us in some form or fashion, whether it was setting up Starkville Day, MADD, doing your hair, starting the Beautician Ball, or just a word of encouragement, she's no stranger 2 our community.  Anita, started her battle with Cancer in 2015, a couple of years later it came back and now as if this pandemic is not enough, Cancer came back invading her body for the 3rd time.  We all know that we can not control nor stop things from happening. It is her time now, but it can be our time later.  As Anita lay in the hospital bed getting treatment for the 3rd time for Cancer,  her financial situation weakens. But true friends don't let their true friends fall. Our job as a Christian is  to "Share with the Lord's people who are in need. Practice Hospitality." Roman's 12:13.
