"A Very Queer Ballet: Transcendence" is a contemporary dance work that brings LGBTQ+ representation to the dance world and explores concepts of gender and queerness. Directed by WWU dance student Atlas Hovdesven with an incredible team of student dancers, choreographers, and technicians, the show comes to the stage in November 2025. Funds raised here will go towards performance space, props, and costumes, so that we can create a beautiful show that centers queer voices in dance. Queer dancers are here to stay!
