Stranded in San Diego

My car broke down on I8 and blew a head gasket, it's too much to fix. Need to rent a room for a while so I get work to save up for a car to get back on the road. I had a work contract but they prematurly cancelled my contract for issues never told to me.  I really hate coming on the internet and begging like this but there is not much else I can do. I'm currently sleeping in my car, I haven't showered in two weeks and all my clothes are smelly.

Where will this $700 be going? Just to pay for a months rent and covered the security deposit the room is $450 and deposit is $250
