Sarah Watkin is a 7 year old girl who for over 2 years has been battling AML Leukemia.  WIth all the treatments and long stays in the hospital, the one thing this sweet little girl hasn't lost is her infectious SMILE and ability to warm other people hearts.

As Sarah continues her struggle, the focus now is to celebrate LIFE, LOVE, FRIENDS, and FAMILY to the fullest. Together as a community, lets make the dreams of this little girl fighting cancer a reality.
  
Sarah's current condition is great. She looks and feels wonderful. However, this will soon change as the cancer will enter her blood and begin shutting her body down. As our fears confirmed, there will be NO MORE TREATMENT. There are no experimental drugs, clinical trials or treatments.
