AVID Scholarship

AVID is a program that enables low income, marginalized students to become first generation college students. The goal is for students to apply and become accepted to a four-year university. This year, ALL 20 AVID seniors gained acceptance to at least three, four-year universities including UC Berkeley, UCLA, Cal Poly, UC Irvine and many more. We’re asking community members to help us enable these students to realize their dreams of attending college by donating a monetary contribution to our scholarship fund.  Donating a contribution to the AVID program is not just about helping these particular students, it is an investment in our community as we empower and inspire other students by showing them the opportunities that are available.
