Aviate America is training the next generation of Pilots! We understand that others are as well and thats great! Whats no great? Money! Flight training costs money and todays flight training requires plenty if up front cost, students loans, high interest rates, and unforeseen costs. Aviate America wants to alleviate those cost for 1 or more lucky student pilots on their aviation journey. How does that work and how do we decide who gets it? Allow us to explain!
1. $1000-$5,000: for each $1000 raised, an individual will be chosen to receive $1000 to help their training costs.
2. $5000-$9000: one lucky individual will receive $5000 for flight training. For every $1000 over $5000, an individual will be chosen to receive $1000. Up to 4 individuals.
3. $10,000: 1 luck individual will receive $10k for flight training!
4. $10k+: scale resets every $10k
example 1: $6,320 raised
- 1 pilot: $5,000
- 1 pilot: $1,000
- remaining $320- Aviate America Fund
example 2: $12,750 raised
- 1 pilot: $10k
- 2 pilots: $1k
- Remaining $750- Aviate America Fund
example 3: $27,890 raised
- 2 pilots: $10k
- 1 pilot: $5k
- 2 pilots: $1k
- remaining $890- Aviate America Fund
If less than $1,000 is raised, it will be decided whether to return funds, grants fund to an aspiring pilot, or rollover fund into another scholarship fund raising campaign.
