Avery's Business Immersion to China

For those of you who may not know me, my name is Avery Sebastian and I am from McDonough, Georgia. I am currently a Graduate Student in the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame on course to graduate with a Masters in Business Management in the upcoming Spring 2017 term.  Over the previous 5 years of college I've been blessed with the opportunity to attend two of America's most prestigious universities (U.C. Berkeley and Notre Dame).
 
This upcoming March, my graduate program is taking a two-week immersion trip to China where I will have the incredible opportunity to expand my cultural awareness by having the opportunity to get to interact and participate in presentations and business dialogue from large Chinese businesses. I will attend a concentration of networking events and cultural experiences with classmates, as well receive guided tours of attractions throughout Beijing, Shanghia, and extended to Hong Kong for two weeks.

 I currently need to raise $3500- the total amount of funds needed to cover all expenses. This covers airfare, lodging, transporation, food and cultural experiences. Especially giving back to both of my perspective communities. The expenses for this trip surpass my own personal savings and that's why I am asking for the community to support me in this endevor. 

I have never been abroad to Asia, and I want to do everything possible to make this opportunity happen! There are numerous benefits attained with this trip, however most importantly, this experience will give me talking points during future job interviews, exposure to another culture, as well as a well-rounded educational experience! I am especially asking the Notre Dame, and Cal family to consider supporting me.
