On January 30th Avery Jack was born at Montrose Hospital and early in the moring hours of the 31st a nurse took sweet Avery to give him a bath and noticed something was not quit right. They ended up Flight for Lifeing sweet Avery and his Momma (Steph) to Children's hospital where he was diagnoised with Transposition of the Great Arteries. Avery will have surgery on Friday Febuary 3rd to correct this issue. There will all kinds of costs to go along with this need for not only the sweet little warrior but also to make sure his parent's can stay close by. We all know Steph and Travis would never ask for any of this and would 100% be there for anyone else going through this now it is our turn to help them where we can.
